I have a 1 BHK furnished apartment in Calangute which is in the heart of North Goa. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two balconies.
The bedroom has an AC, two single beds, a cupboard, a dressing table and a couple of side tables
The living room has a TV, a Fridge, a couple of sofas, centre table and side tables.
The bathroom has a geyser, a shower, a washing machine, a western commode and a wash basin.
The balcony has a couple of chairs and a table for a sit out in the sun or moonlight.
The resort is also a very comfortable place with free parking, two swimming pools and a baby pool, a garden restaurant with live music on most days, a gym, doc on call, sight seeing trips, taxi stand right outside, library, beauty parlour, tailor etc.
As mentioned, the apartment is in the heart of Calangute, that is 5 mins walk to the beach where you will get all the water sports Goa is famous for. You also have good restaurants, pubs, bars and discos at an arm's length. You will get good bargains from the tibetian markets, kashmiri shops, goan curios shops and the roadside. Would prefer to rent out the apartment to foreign nationals (single or a couple). Please call in case you require more details.
